I am having problems processing my payment.

We're sorry to hear you're experiencing payment issues. Here are the steps to help resolve your problem:

  • Verify that you've selected the correct card type. Please note we don't accept American Express (AMEX).
  • Double-check the accuracy of your payment card number.
  • Remove any spaces from your card number.
  • Ensure that the start and expiry dates are correct.
  • Confirm that the security code (the last 3 digits on the back of your card) is accurate.
  • If you're using a Switch, Maestro, or Solo card, make sure you've entered the issue number, if required.

If you're still facing difficulties, we recommend checking with your bank to see if they've declined the transaction.
