Do you automatically renew my annual Policy?

To ensure you have continuous cover, we'll automatically renew this policy when it is due to expire.

We'll send you a reminder and your renewal quote at least 4 weeks before policy is due to expire. If we are not able to automatically renew your policy using the credit card details provided, we will contact you at least 21 days before the expiry date. You can update your details, change your policy or cancel the auto-renewal at any time before your renewal date.

If you need to make any changes to your Policy you will need to contact our UK based Contact Centre where one of our Customer Service team will be able to assist you in adding on your medical conditions. You can call us on 01708 339 029.
