How do I add a new medical condition?

If you are looking to add a new medical condition to your Policy you will need to call our Customer Services Team to amend your Policy. Please call our UK Contact Centre on 01708 339 029.

Please note, an amendment to your Policy could result in an additional premium. We will be basing your Policy on what you have already told us, as well as what you are telling us today. If anything you have told us is wrong or you have missed anything out, it may affect your cover.

Remember, amendments to your Policy could result in an administration fee of £15 being applied.
