How do I get a new copy of my policy schedule?

We automatically email your policy schedule within 15 mins. Please check your junk/spam folder, search for "AllClear Travel" and you should find it.

If you've opted for postal documents they take approx. 5 working days to arrive. However we do not accept any liability for documents arriving late or lost in the post.

The password for your Policy Schedule will be your postcode, with no spaces. For example ours would be: RM38QQ

You can also request for your policy documents to be sent to you by contacting our contact centre helpline on 01708 339 029. Alternatively, you can complete the Document resend Request Form
