Where do I find my Policy Schedule documents?

You’ll receive your Policy Schedule via email shortly after buying your policy, and if you’re an existing customer, you can request a new copy at any time using our Policy Schedule request form.

How to find your Policy Schedule:

  • We email your Policy Schedule within 15 minutes of purchase.
  • If you chose postal documents, they usually arrive within 5 working days.
  • If your document was emailed, the password is your postcode with no spaces (e.g., RM38QQ).
