Existing customers receive their Policy Schedule via email shortly after purchase and can request a new copy anytime using the Policy Schedule request form. Schedules are emailed within 15 minutes or posted within 5 working days, with emailed documents password-protected by the postcode. New customers can learn about policies and coverage from the Policy booklets.
Existing customers
If you already have a policy with us, you’ll receive your Policy Schedule via email shortly after buying your policy, and if you’re an existing customer, you can request a new copy at any time using our Policy Schedule request form.
How to find your Policy Schedule:
- We email your Policy Schedule within 15 minutes of purchase.
- If you chose postal documents, they usually arrive within 5 working days.
- If your document was emailed, the password is your postcode with no spaces (e.g., RM38QQ).
