How do I change my payment details?

We are unable to change your card details when your policy renews. However, we are able to update your card details if we process the payment from the date you get in touch by calling us on 01708 339 029.

What you should know

  • If your policy is set up for automatic renewal, it renews on the expiry date using the payment details you provided (unless you tell us not to).
  • If you are looking to change your card details for your auto-renewal you will need to contact our Customer Service team at least 5 days before your Policy is due to renew.
  • By buying your policy, you allow us to securely store your card details. These details may be used to take payment for policy changes or renewal premiums, but only where you have authorised the payment or where your policy is set to renew automatically.
