If your policy is set to automatically renew
We’ll automatically renew your policy on the expiry date using the payment details you provided, unless you tell us not to.
You don’t need to do anything before renewal unless you need to make changes to your policy or payment details.
If your policy isn’t going to automatically renew
If we can’t renew your policy automatically, we’ll contact you at least 21 days before it’s due to expire to let you know. In this case, you’ll need to contact us to renew your policy.
