If your policy is set up for automatic renewal, we will let you know your renewal price 4 weeks before your policy is set to renew. We will renew your policy using the payment details you provided (unless you opt out).
If we can’t renew your policy automatically, we’ll contact you at least 21 days before it’s due to expire to let you know.
