Can I renew my Policy early?

If you have opted in for continuous cover, your Policy will automatically renew on the expiry date of your current Policy and you do not need to do anything.

If you are unsure if you have opted in for continuous cover, need to make any changes to your payment details, or make changes to your policy please call our UK Contact Centre on 01708 339 140.

 

If your policy is set up for automatic renewal, it renews on the expiry date using the payment details you provided. Payment will be attempted the day before the renewal date to ensure continuous cover (unless you tell us not to). 
What you should know

  • Automatic renewal: If we can’t renew your policy automatically, we’ll contact you at least 21 days before it’s due to expire. 
  • Renewing “early”: If you need cover to start earlier than that, please speak to us so we can explain your options. 
  • Payment details or other changes: If you need to update anything, please call our UK Contact Centre on 01708 339029.
