Do I need to tell you that I have a new medical condition?

If you have a new medical condition you will need to update your Travel Insurance Policy. you will need to contact our UK based Contact Centre where one of our Customer Service Team will be able to assist you in adding on your medical conditions.

Mon-Fri 08:30-20:00
Sat 09:00-17:30
Sun 10:00-17:00

Please note, an amendment to your Policy could result in an additional premium. We will be basing your Policy on what you have already told us, as well as what you are telling us today. If anything you have told us is wrong or you have missed anything out, it may affect your cover.

Remember, amendments to your Policy could result in an administration fee of £15 being applied.
