Yes, if you develop a new medical condition (or if details you’ve told us have changed), you’ll need to contact us so we can update your policy.

How to update your policy

  • Call our UK Contact Centre on 01708 339 029.
    • Opening hours
      • Mon–Fri: 08:30–20:00
      • Sat: 09:00–17:30
      • Sun: 10:00–17:00
  • Cost and cover
    • We’ll base your policy on what you’ve already told us, and the new information you provide.
    • If information is incorrect or missing, it may affect your cover.
    • An administration fee of £15 may apply for policy amendments.

Any amendment may lead to an additional premium.
