To add an optional upgrade, you’ll need to call us so we can update your policy over the phone. Adding an upgrade will increase your premium, and a £15 administration fee may apply.

- How to add an upgrade: Call our UK Contact Centre on 01708 339 029.
- Opening hours: Mon–Fri 08:30–20:00; Sat 09:00–17:30; Sun 10:00–17:00.
- Cost: Adding an upgrade may mean an additional premium. We’ll confirm this before making any changes.
- Admin fee: A £15 administration fee may also apply.
- Check your details: Once it’s added, it will show on your policy schedule. Check your details are correct, as missing information may affect your cover.
