How do I add a new medical condition to my exisiting Policy?

To add a new medical condition, you’ll need to call our Customer Services team so we can update your policy.

  • Monday to Friday: 08:30–20:00
  • Saturday: 09:00–17:30
  • Sunday: 10:00–17:00

What to know before you call

  • We’ll update your details based on what you’ve already told us, and the new information you provide.
  • Any amendment may lead to an additional premium.
  • If any information is incorrect or missing, it may affect your cover.
  • An administration fee of £15 will apply for policy amendments.
