How do I change a medical condition?

If you (or anyone insured on the policy) develops a new medical condition, has a change to an existing condition, or has any change in medication, you must tell AllClear and consult your medical practitioner, and you should contact the AllClear call centre as soon as possible, and before you book or start your journey, or pay any remaining balance or further instalments.

What to expect

  • We may change the premium and/or amend, restrict, or cancel cover following the updated medical information. 
  • An administration fee of £15 wil apply to any changes you make to your policy.
