How do I add someone to my existing Policy?

You’ll need to call us. A traveller can only be covered once they’re named on your policy schedule, so we’ll update this for you and confirm any premium change.

What to expect

  • Who’s covered: Only people listed on the policy schedule are insured.
  • Details we’ll ask for: The new traveller’s personal details and pre-existing medical conditions, so we can assess the premium.
  • Cost: Adding a traveller may increase the premium; we’ll confirm any change before updating the policy.
  • Admin fee: An administration fee of £15 wil apply to any changes you make to your policy.
  • Other updates: If anything else on the policy is incorrect, we can update it during the same call.
