Do I need to tell you if my health or medical conditions change?

  • Updated

You must tell us about any new medical conditions, changes to existing conditions, or changes to new prescribed medication as soon as possible.

What counts as a change in your health:

  • A new diagnosis
  • A worsening or flare-up of an existing condition
  • A change to your medication
  • In the event of a claim, your GP or medical practitioner must be able to confirm that you are fit to travel.

We may need to review your cover, which may incur an administration fee of £15 (if outside of your 14-day cooling off period) and may also result in an additional premium to continue your cover. In some cases, changes to your health may result in your premium exceeding our set terms and conditions, meaning we may no longer be able to provide insurance.

If you don’t update us when your circumstances change, your cover could be invalid and any claim may be rejected.
