You can make a complaint by email, phone or post to our Complaints Department. Please share as much information as you can about what happened and what you’d like us to do.

What you should know

  • Post: Complaints Department, Redwing Court, AllClear House 1, Ashton Rd, Romford RM3 8QQ
  • Include: a clear summary of your complaint and any supporting details you have
  • If your complaint is about a claim: Contact our Complaints team through our email complaints@allclearinsurance.com and we will forward this to our Claims team.
