You have rights under data protection law to access, update, or request deletion of the personal information we hold about you.

Details:

Subject Access Request (SAR):

You can request copies of the personal information we hold, along with details of how it’s used and who it’s shared with.
In some cases, we may not be able to share all information held. If so, we’ll explain why unless a legal reason prevents us from doing so.

To request access, please email complaints@allclearinsurance.com and include:
• Full name
• First line of address
• Postcode
• Contact number

We’ll respond to your Data Subject Access Request (DSAR) within one month of receiving it. If your request is complex or there are multiple requests, this may be extended by up to two additional months. If an extension applies, we’ll let you know.

Right to be forgotten (Erasure Request):

You can ask us to delete your personal information.
We’ll confirm once your data has been erased, or if we’re unable to delete it, we’ll explain why and tell you how long we’ll retain it.

To make a request, please email dpo@allclearinsurance.com and include:

• First line of address
• Postcode
• Contact number

If we’re able to proceed with your request, we’ll provide a response within one month of receiving it.
