Can I change my level of cover?

No. You can’t change the level of cover once your policy has been set up.

What you need to know:

Once your policy is in place, the level of cover can’t be changed.

Cancelling your policy:

  • If within 14 days of buying your policy: you can contact us during the cooling-off period to cancel your policy. You can then decide whether to arrange alternative cover that better suits your needs.
  • If outside the 14-day cooling-off period: please contact our support team for help.
