Do I need to tell you about my medication?

  • Updated

We will need to know the name of the medical condition you have taken medication for in the last 2 years. and we may need to know the number of medications you take for this.

We do not need to know the name of the procedure or the names of the medications you take. However, you should be familiar with the medication you are, or have taken to ensure an accurate medical declaration.

Please note if you are adding a new condition, we will need to know the name of the condition. If you do not know this, we would strongly advise that you check with your GP first before we can amend your policy.

This screening process used by Travel Insurance companies will allow us to determine how your medical conditions might affect the likelihood of you making a claim or the cost of treatment when you are on holiday.
