Do I need to tell you about a doctor's visit?

  • Updated

Yes, you must tell us if, in the last two years, you’ve taken any prescribed medication or received medical treatment or advice (including at a hospital, clinic, GP surgery, or via remote consultation).
You should let us know if a doctor’s visit means you have:

  • Developed a new condition
  • Had a change to an existing condition
  • Had a change in medication

What details you’ll be asked for:

We’ll ask questions to assess your individual circumstances, based on your condition and the treatment or advice you’ve had.

Any claim would be assessed against the policy terms, conditions and exclusions, and the evidence provided.
