If you need to change your Single Trip travel dates, please contact us as soon as possible.
We may be able to move your travel dates if:
- The departure date of your new trip is within 365 days of the date you bought your policy.
- You still remain eligible for cover.
- You’re not aware of any circumstances that may result in a claim.
- Your medical declaration remains accurate and up to date.
If changing your travel dates results in an additional premium, you’ll need to pay this for your cover to continue.
We can usually change your travel dates more than once, as long as your new dates remain within the original 365 days from purchase.
If your new travel dates fall outside the original 365 days, we may not be able to amend them, please contact us to discuss your options
