We automatically email your Policy Schedule documents within 15 mins. Please check your junk/spam folder, search for "AllClear Travel" and you should find it.
If you've opted for postal documents they take approx. 5 working days to arrive. However we do not accept any liability for documents arriving late or lost in the post.
The password for your Policy Schedule will be your postcode, with no spaces. For example, ours would be: RM38QQ
