You don’t need a login to view your documents, we send your Policy Schedule to you after you buy your policy, and you can request another copy if you need one.
What you should know
- By email: We usually email your Policy Schedule within 15 minutes of purchasing your policy.
- What to check: Look in your junk/spam folder and search for “AllClear Travel” if you’re having trouble finding it in your inbox.
- If you chose postal documents: They usually arrive within 5 working days from the date you purchased your policy.
- Important: We can’t accept liability for documents that arrive late or are lost in the post.
- Your document password: Your Policy Schedule password is your postcode with no spaces.
