How do I get a copy of my Policy?

By email: 

  • We usually email your Policy Schedule within 15 minutes of buying your policy.

What to check: 

  • Look in your junk/spam folder and search for “AllClear Travel” if you can’t see it in your inbox.

If you chose postal documents: 

  • They usually arrive within 5 working days from the date you bought your policy.

Important: We can’t accept liability for documents that arrive late or are lost in the post.

Your document password: Your Policy Schedule password is your postcode with no spaces.

Example: RM38QQ

Still can’t find it? Complete the Policy Schedule request form and we’ll send you a copy.
