Do I need to tell you about an accident?

If you have had an accident and been to see a Doctor and you have been given medication, been scheduled for treatment, or been diagnosed with a new condition, you will need to let us know.

We will only need to know the name of the condition which caused you to visit a Doctor, not the name of any medication you have been prescribed.
