For Policies purchased on or after 6 August 2025, we have made important updates to our Annual Multi Trip (AMT) travel policies, particularly for customers travelling to the US region (including the USA, Canada, Mexico, and the Caribbean).
Please review the changes below, as they may affect your travel plans if you or anyone on your policy is aged 71 or over:
- Trip duration
- For any Annual Multi-Trip (AMT) policy where a traveller is aged 71 or over, trips to the US region (WW incl.) will be restricted to a maximum of 35 days per trip.
- Trip extensions
- Trip extensions will not be offered for policies that include travel to the US region if any traveller is aged 71 or over.
- Total travel limit on all AMT policies
- All annual multi trip (AMT) policies, regardless of traveller age, will be limited to 183 total travel days within the policy term.
