Depending on your policy, you can change travel dates if conditions are met. For Single Trip policies, changes are allowed within 365 days of purchase, with eligibility and medical declarations intact, but may incur extra premiums and a £15 fee outside the cooling-off period. Single Trip Policy:
You can move your travel dates if:
- The new departure date is within 365 days of your original policy purchase date.
- You still meet eligibility for cover.
- You’re unaware of any circumstances that could lead to a claim.
- Your medical declaration remains accurate and up to date.
You can change your dates multiple times within 365 days of purchase. However, if your travel dates fall outside the original 365 days, we’ll be unable to amend the trip dates.
