Steps to take before coming home early

Before you change your travel plans, check your policy and get permission where possible. This helps make sure your early return is handled in line with your policy wording.

  1. Check your policy documents and schedule.
Make sure you know your policy level and whether Silver, Gold, Gold Plus or Platinum wording applies.

  5. Submit your claim after your trip.
Use the claim process shown in your policy documents and submit your claim.
