If you have made a claim, you will not receive any refund of the premium paid.

Cancelling your Policy will mean you are not able to make a claim

If you are eligible for a refund you have the option between a Cash refund or a Voucher refund. If you choose the voucher option, you will receive an additional 20% value of the standard refund amount. The voucher will be valid for 36 months and can be redeemed against any future AllClear Travel Insurance policy purchased via our Contact Centre.

The following cancellation and refund terms apply to Policies purchased directly from AllClear. You may cancel within 14 days of receiving your Policy documents for a full refund, provided you have not travelled or made a claim. Cancellations made after 14 days are subject to Policy type: Single Trip Policies are eligible for a 50% refund if you have not travelled or claimed, and Annual Multi-Trip Policies are eligible for a refund of 5% of the premium for each full remaining calendar month if no claims have been made or are pending; no refund is paid if the amount due is less than £25. If your Policy was not purchased directly from AllClear, please refer to your Policy documents for the applicable terms. By proceeding with this cancellation, you acknowledge that your Policy will be cancelled immediately, your cover will end, any refund issued cannot be reversed, and you will no longer be able to make a claim.
