How do I cancel my Policy?

We are sorry to hear that you wish to cancel your Policy. When cancelling your Policy you can find out if you can get a refund here. If you are eligible for a refund you have the option between a Cash refund or a Voucher refund.

If you choose the voucher option, you will receive an additional 20% value of the standard refund amount. The voucher will be valid for 36 months and can be redeemed against any future AllClear Travel Insurance policy purchased via our Contact Centre.
