Silver and Gold policies don't cover cruises.Cruise cover is an option upgrade with Gold Plus, but comes as standard in the Platinum policy, where you may be able to claim for emergency medical costs (and medically necessary repatriation), subject to the policy terms and exclusions.
Your declared conditions matter: claims linked to pre-existing medical conditions are only considered where you disclosed them and we accepted them in writing.

Limits & excess (from the Summary of Cover):
Gold Plus: Medical emergency expenses up to £15,000,000 with a £75 excess.
Platinum: Medical emergency expenses Unlimited with zero excess.
Your chosen excess option (if any) is shown on your policy schedule.
In an emergency: you must contact the 24-hour emergency assistance helpline as soon as possible (especially if you’re admitted to hospital or treatment is likely to cost more than £350).
