This depends on whether you have a Single Trip or Annual Multi-Trip policy, and whether you’ve added the Winter Sports optional add-on (it must be on your policy schedule).
Single Trip policies
- Maximum trip length: up to 12 months.
- Winter sports duration: if you’ve added Winter Sports, it’s covered for the entire trip while you’re taking part in the listed winter sports activities.
Annual Multi-Trip policies
Maximum length per trip:
- Winter Sports cover applies for up to 17 days of winter sports activity in total across your policy year (as long as the add-on is on your policy schedule).
- Total travel across the year: the maximum total time you can be covered across all trips in a policy year is 183 days.
