An excess is the initial amount you pay on a claim, deducted from the payout. For Silver policies, excess applies per person, per claim, with up to two excesses per event. For Gold, Gold Plus, and Platinum, excess applies per person per claim except Personal Liability, where it applies per policy. Your policy documents show your excess amount.
An excess is the amount you must pay towards a claim before your AllClear covers the remaining cost. It is deducted from the total claim payment.
