Making a claim
- Submit a claim online: Click here for the quickest way to have a claim processed.
- Send supporting documents up front: you will be asked for items like your policy schedule, booking confirmation, receipts, and (if relevant) medical or police reports.
- Report it promptly: You must notify us within 30 days of your trip ending about any incident that might lead to a claim, otherwise you risk your claim being void.
- If more info is needed: the claims team may ask for further evidence, which can affect timings.
Once all details have been provided: You should expect us to process your claim within 5 working days if all details have been provided. Without the appropriate details, the claim cannot be processed.
