What is the Emergency Assistance helpline?

  • Updated

The Emergency Assistance helpline is AllClear’s 24-hour support service, provided by Zurich Assist, which you can call while you’re away if you need urgent help during your trip.

It is available 24 hours a day, worldwide, and can be reached on +44 (0) 203 467 4122.

What to know
  • If you have a medical emergency, you should contact the helpline as soon as possible. Zurich Assist can arrange appropriate medical services based on your needs.
  • If you’re admitted to hospital, or outpatient treatment is likely to cost more than £350, you must contact Zurich Assist as soon as possible, as this could affect the amount you can claim.
  • The helpline can also help with things like emergency travel or accommodation arrangements, cash transfer advice, consular or embassy referrals, and sending urgent messages.
  • When you call, have your name, policy number, and contact details ready.

Eligibility, terms and exclusions apply. Please refer to your policy documents for full details.
