What to know
- If you have a medical emergency, you should contact the helpline as soon as possible. Zurich Assist can arrange appropriate medical services based on your needs.
- If you’re admitted to hospital, or outpatient treatment is likely to cost more than £350, you must contact Zurich Assist as soon as possible, as this could affect the amount you can claim.
- The helpline can also help with things like emergency travel or accommodation arrangements, cash transfer advice, consular or embassy referrals, and sending urgent messages.
- When you call, have your name, policy number, and contact details ready.
