To get an update on an existing claim, contact the Claims team via our number to call.

Call the Claims team on 0800 011 3135.

Lines are open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm (excluding bank holidays).

If you already have a claim reference, keep it handy to help the team locate your claim quickly.

Please note that you will not be able to receive an update on your Claim via our chatbot at this time.
