To get an update on an existing claim, contact the Claims team directly.

Call the Claims team on 0800 011 3135.

Lines are open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm (excluding bank holidays).

If you already have a claim reference, keep it handy to help the team locate your claim quickly.
