Venezuela earthquake travel support

AllClear Gold, Gold Plus and Platinum customers whose travel to, from or within Venezuela has been disrupted by the recent earthquake may be entitled to additional support, depending on whether Natural Disaster Cover is included with their policy.
 
Customers with Natural Disaster Cover may have their policy automatically extended for up to 30 days if they are unable to return home because of the disruption. Customers without Natural Disaster Cover may still be supported under AllClear's Major Events Affecting Travel approach, which currently includes a free extension of cover for up to 5 days and the option to move travel dates by up to 48 hours, where appropriate.

Support if you have Natural Disaster Cover

If Natural Disaster Cover is included with your policy and you are unable to return home because of disruption caused by the earthquake, your policy will automatically extend for up to 30 days, where required.
 

Support if you do not have Natural Disaster Cover

If Natural Disaster Cover is not included with your policy, our current Major Events Affecting Travel approach applies.
This currently includes:
  • A free extension of cover for up to 5 days if you are unable to return home because of the disruption.
  • The option to move your travel dates by up to 48 hours, free of charge, where appropriate.
